1. Do we need to buy tickets for kids?

Tickets are required for Kids aged from 5 to 15. For Kids below 5 years, tickets are not necessary. Seats are not allocated for Kids below 5 years.
If there are un-allocated seats then you can use it for Kids below 5 years.

2. How can I collect the tickets for a show?

Tickets can be collected at collection points or at theater.

3. How the seat numbers are allocated?

Seat numbers are allocated based on the order of payment received.

4. What payment types do you accept for tickets?

Payments can be made at collection points, by bank transfer or at theater.
Please refer to the respective movie details for the payment option applicable for the movie.
Celluloid will be introducing other payment options like Credit card, PAYPAL etc soon.
Please make sure to mention your Booking ID while making payment by Bank transfer.

5. What is Celluloid's refund policy for cancellations?

Cancellation policy is as follows
1. Refund 75% of the ticket price in case cancelling 6 days or more prior to the show date.
2. Refund 50% of the ticket price in case cancelling between 2~5 days prior to the show date.
3. No refund in case of cancelling 1 day prior to the show date or on the show day.
